    Good news – we're working towards a completely centralised item library to further streamline multi-store menu management. This is just the first step. Stay tuned!

     

  5. Modifier customisations

    Modifier customisations

    For modifiers imported from your POS, you can now clean up typos, abbreviations, and poor formatting, hide modifiers not meant for customers, and reorder options to create a clearer, more persuasive menu experience. Head to the Menu ➜ Modifiers area of Back Office to try it out today.

     

  6. Customer Directory & Profiles

    Customer Profiles

    Search and view customers, their total spend, purchase history, and more in the new 👤Customers area of Back Office. Easily access profiles from any order, with guest orders now consolidated under a single profile. Learn more 

    This is the latest in a series of new features — alongside Order Feedback, Google Ratings Boost and Push Notifications — designed to help you better understand customers and grow your business. And we’re not stopping there: richer profiles, smart grouping, exportable lists, new CRM and direct marketing options are all on the way to make connecting with customers even easier.

  7. Modifier Quantities

    Allow customers to add multiples of the same modifier – ideal for add-ons like cheese, bacon, or sugar, or more advanced product setups like catering packages where quantity control at the modifier or option level is key.   9. Boost your Google rating without lifting a finger

    We're excited to introduce a powerful new tool designed to help you grow your reputation and bring more customers through the door — now available to all stores at no extra cost.

    With just a few clicks, you can now generate your Google review link in Bopple and automatically prompt happy customers to leave you a glowing rating after their order.

    To get started, head to the Feedback section in your Bopple Back Office. This one needs to be set up on each store for now (not available at company level). Learn more and watch a video demo over on the Help Centre.
