    Product Level Cross-sells

    Boost average order value with automatic suggestions shown under Frequently ordered together. When customers view a product, Bopple highlights items that are commonly purchased alongside it — like fries with a burger or a croissant with coffee.

    These recommendations are powered by your store’s sales history and run automatically in the background — no need to manually configure anything. The feature is already live across all stores, and can be switched off anytime in Back Office. Early results are showing a clear uplift in average spend.

    We’ve expanded our partnership with Square to bring loyalty and customer data into sync with Bopple. Customers can now earn points on every order and redeem rewards from your Square Loyalty program — whether they’re ordering online, in the app, or at the counter.

    Every order placed through Bopple also shares customer data back to Square, so you get a complete view of loyalty activity and customer profiles in one place. This makes it easier than ever to reward regulars, recognise top spenders, and build stronger relationships.
