Send vouchers to customers
Ability to send a simple email to a customer with a voucher code to redeem on a future order. This could be used to thank loyal customers or new customers, as well as to respond to feedback. It would be great if we could do this in a couple of places: Customer profile – so long as the customer has opted in to receiving marketingOrder feedback – so long as the customer is open to receiving a response Initially, we would just love to be able to easily assign the desired voucher/discount, share a short message, and send it to the customer on an email. Later, the same functionality could be used in unlocking email automations and campaigns with simple emails.

Kiosk Ordering
A lot of restaurants are adopting ordering kisoks to reduce the pressure on front of house staff. We would find this very useful. This would allow customers to order and pay from a kiosk screen.

More control to arrange and customise imported menu items in Bopple
Original request: Can we please edit our menu via Bopple!! Syncing from POS is great for most of the menu, however it would be great to be able to customise our menu specifically for Bopple users, directly through Bopple. ✨ We have now launched our first round of POS menu overrides. For more info - POS Menu Overrides (v1) In this next update, we're considering the following additional overrides: 🎯 Override names on modifier sets and modifiers 🎯 Override visibility on modifier sets and modifiers 🎯 Override arrangement (sorting) of products and categories 🎯 Ability to change categories on products 🎯 Ability to create new categories in Bopple

Ability to mark modifiers as sold out in Orders Manager
Currently products and modifiers can both be marked as sold out in Back Office > Menu > Availability. This is great. In Orders Manager we can only mark products as sold out. It would be good if we could also manage modifier availability in Orders Manager.

Dynamic wait times based on quantity of item ordered
We run a Pizza & Pasta venue and can only produce a specific number of pizzas at any given point. We use prep time plus order limiting to try and manage customer expectations (e.g. if multiple customers order 5+ pizzas each, that blows out our wait time) but because this is a global setting, it sets false expectations for customers who only order, say, pasta & calamari - which in reality only takes us 10 minutes to prep.

Recurring Promotions
We need the ability to set promotions up so that they're automatically active on certain days of week / certain times of day, in addition to the standard start/end date for the promotion. This will help us drive repeat visits and build positive customer behaviour. For example, we'd like to give customers 20% off all orders before 11am on Mondays. This is one of the quieter periods for us, so we'd like to drive more orders in this time.

Respond to Customer Feedback
Ability to respond to customer feedback directly in Back Office.

Apply automatic discount to customer group
We'd like to offer an ongoing discount to our staff, but to prevent misuse we need this discount to be limited to staff based on the email address being used on their account. This could also be helpful for offering automatic discounts to other groups of customers, like VIPs, or employees of nearby businesses.

Product Level Restrictions (Order Type / Time)
Allow products to be restricted by order type, or day/time. Currently these restrictions can only be applied at the category level. This would unblock the following workflows: Restricting a product to Dine In / Pickup only because it doesn't travel well for DeliveryRestricting a product to a certain timeframe (i.e. Tuesdays), without creating an additional category on the POS

Recurring and scheduled surcharges
As a merchant, having automated / recurring weekend surcharges is very important to our business as it's too easy to forget to manually turn them on and off, resulting in charging customers incorrectly - which can cost our business and create a poor experience for our customers. It would also be great to have the option to schedule surcharges for specific dates in advance, for public holidays.

Email Campaigns
We're excited to help you grow your business by unlocking direct email marketing. While we explore what this will look like on Bopple, we'd love to know what you think we should build.

Half & Half for Pizza Menus
Relates to https://bopple.frill.co/roadmap/deals-combos This work will also unlock proper support for Half-Half Pizzas, where the customer needs to select two pizza flavours, each with their own sets of addons/removals and customisations.

Deals & Combos
Ability to create menu items for deals, where more than one layer of selections are required in the customer ordering flow. For example, a 'Burger & Beer' combo. The customer needs to select their beer in a list of options and then select their preferred burger. When selecting the burger, the customer also needs access to all the modifiers and add-ons offered on their selected burger.

Buy X Get Y Promos
When specifying what a customer has to do to be eligible for a discount, we can currently only specify a minimum purchase as a dollar amount. We'd like the ability instead to specify what product the customer has to order, including a quantity, in order to unlock the promo. This allows us to drive more purchases of items with higher COGS and/or items we need to sell more of due to stock movement etc. For example, we'd like to be able to run a promotion such as Buy 1 Acai Bowl, Get a 2nd Half Price

Ability to set product limits per order for specific products
As a merchant, we sometimes have special release products or products with very limited availability each day - in this situation, we'd like to be able to restrict how many of these products a customer can order in a single transaction.
